It's a challenging time and we here at Everything Utah hope that your family will enjoy this fun activity saluting the Great State of Utah and all it has to offer.

RULE AND GUIDLINES

The Contest will run from April 1 - April 14th, 2020.
Entries are limited to the first 200 submissions.
3 Winners will be randomly selected from all entrants and notified by email.

DRAWINGS

The Contest is open to any child under 16 in the United States.
The theme of your drawing should be "Your Favorite thing about Utah."
Drawings should be done on 8 1/2 x 11 letter size paper. Drawings can be in either landscape or portrait orientation and in color or black and white, it's up to your imagination kids.
You can use words but aim for mostly artwork.
We reserve the sole right to reject any entry we consider to be offensive for any reason whatsoever.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

Email your submission and your child's First Name only, to EverythingUtahSlc@Gmail.com
If you have a scanner you can scan your child's drawing.
If you do not have a scanner the easiest way to take a picture with your smart phone, we suggest you be careful of shadows when using this method, and try to keep the picture in perspective, if you are having a hard time simply google "how to scan a picture with your smartphone."

HOW WE WILL USE AND DISPLAY YOUR ENTRIES

We will create a gallery page on our website EverythingUT.com displaying the child's picture and first name only. No personally identifiable information of your child other than their first name will be visible for safety purposes.
We plan to keep the gallery page active through the summer perhaps longer, at our discretion.
We would like to feature some of the entries on our Instagram feed, if this is not ok with you please state so in your email submission.
IMPORTANT- by submitting your artwork you agrees to allow us to use in in the contest and promotion of the contest as stated above and relinquish all "copyrights" you may have or claim related to this drawing.

Each Entry will be assigned a number, on April 14th, 2020 we will draw three of those numbers by random.
Each of the winners will be notified by email. At that time we will ask you for a your name and address to ship your prize "Gift Bucket" to you, we will cover the shipping cost. You name and address will not be made available to anyone other than shipping company.
We plan on posting the 3 winning entries on a different location on the website separate from the Gallery Page.
